ORDERING INFO

U.S. SHIPPING

U.S.-based orders are normally shipped via USPS First Class Mail package within 2-4 business days once the order is placed and paid. USPS normally delivers within 2-5 business days once I ship your order.

You will receive an email regarding your shipping confirmation. You will also receive a tracking number with USPS First Class Mail! Please note, Lagom Body Co. is not responsible for transit time once your order leaves the studio.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international customers will be notified when the order is shipped. Orders are shipped via International First-Class Package.

Orders will be prepped + shipped in 2-4 business days as normal. As an international customer, you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for any and all customs fees (if any apply). We, the seller, are not responsible for any customs fees should they arise.

International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped from our location. Any time in transit after the order leaves our studio is totally out of my control as the order must pass through customs before delivery.

PAYMENT

Pay securely for your Lagom Body Co. order using any major credit card, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal. Sales tax is added to any order being shipped within Washington state.

ORDER ISSUES

If there are any issues with your order (not received, not what you expected, damaged), please let me know as soon as possible as I truly want to ensure that you're happy with your product(s) and LBC experience! 

Please note that LBC products are handcrafted, 100% natural + living that include no synthetic ingredients or preservatives. This means there can be slight variations from product to product including color variations. Different temperatures can also affect LBC products and potentially make them appear cloudy. This can sometimes be temporary. These variations do not affect the integrity of the product. 

DAMAGES

If your package was damaged in transit, please email me within 48 hours of order delivery, including a photo of the damaged product(s) + box (if applicable). Your satisfaction is my highest priority and I'm happy to replace any items that are damaged and reported to me within 48 hours with a photo.

RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS

Due to the nature of LBC products, I'm unable to accept returns. Instead, I'm able to offer a replacement or a store credit. Please email me at kristen@lagombody.co within 15 days from the date of your purchase to work something out. 

Please note that LBC is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges in the rare case I need to offer them, and I do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Lagom Body Co. Additionally, we do not replace any orders shipped via First Class mail that are lost during shipping.
