Shipping & Returns

ORDERING INFORMATION

All orders are shipping normally within 3-5 business days from ordering. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority. Due to USPS shortages, it may take a bit longer to receive your package; however, once orders are shipped, the delivery date is out of my hands. 

DOMESTIC ORDER SHIPPING

All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class Package (3-5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days.) 

U.S.-based orders are normally shipped via USPS First Class Mail package within 2-4 business days once the order is placed and paid. USPS normally delivers within 2-5 business days once I ship your order.

You will receive an email regarding your shipping confirmation. You will also receive a tracking number with USPS First Class Mail! Please note, Lagom Body Co. is not responsible for transit time once your order leaves the studio.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders ship via USPS First Class International (2-4 weeks) or USPS Priority Mail International (2-4 weeks.) Lagom Body Co. is not responsible for paying any fees or customs that accrue at customs. 

  • USPS Priority Mail International: This shipping option comes with insurance and an international tracking number. In the rare instance that your order is lost in transit, choosing this shipping option allows us to reimburse you or ship a new package. 
  • USPS First Class International: This is shipping option does not come with insurance or an international tracking number but it is the more affordable option. The chances of your order being lost in transit is low, however, Lagom Body Co. is not responsible for replacing an order and/or reimbursing an order that is lost during transit that was shipped using this method. 

ORDER ISSUES

If there are any issues with your order (not received, wrong item, damaged), please let me know as soon as possible so I can remedy the situation. 

Please note that Lagom Body Co. products are made in small batches, by hand, from entirely natural materials. Slight variations from batch to batch are completely normal. This means there can be slight variations from product to product including color variations, opacity, thickness/texture, etc. Most of the time this is temporary and it does not impact the integrity of the product. All product pages include a description of the product and if there are any differences associated with a batch. 

DAMAGES

If your package was damaged in transit, please email me within 48 hours of order delivery, including a photo of the damaged product(s) + box/mailer. I'm happy to replace any items that are damaged and reported to me within 48 hours with a photo. Damaged orders submitted to me outside the 48 hour window cannot be refunded or replaced. Thank you for understanding. 

RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS

Lagom Body Co. is owned and operated by just one individual. That means every product is crafted in tiny batches so that I can offer you products that are fresh, totally natural, good for you, and gentle on the earth. Unfortunately, that means I'm unable to accept returns on any products.

If you have questions about how to get the best results from your Lagom Body Co. products, or if you're not happy with them for any reason, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I want you to love your new ritual and I'm happy to help answer any questions you have. If needed, refunds/returns can be discussed as long as you contact me within 21 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that Lagom Body Co. is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges in the rare case I need to offer them, and I do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Lagom Body Co. Additionally, I'm unable to replace any orders shipped via First Class mail that are lost during shipping.
