Who I work with
I work best with clients who are willing and motivated to make a change in their lives. My work is not about just giving a simple herbal remedy... or any herbs at all, if what you truly need doesn't call for it. I see myself as a guide and support system for your health goals but I cannot make those changes for you. I will provide the resources and information but it's up to you to take it and run with it. And I'll be there supporting you along the way.
